Citizens, Societies and Citizenship

Citizens, ocieties and Citizenship

The words “societies”, “citizens” and “citizenship” are inseparable. They're all part of the same whole.

EXPLANATION:

As social beings, we have no choice but to associate with others. It is by collaborating and cooperating with other members of this association that we can meet our individual, group and collective needs.

The more competent we are, the more we can meet our individual, group and collective needs.

So the words :

1 -Citizens” refers to the human beings who are part of this association, so citizens are associates, which implies that they are all co-owners of the societies in which they live.
2 -Society” refers to the association, so societies are a form of organization.
3 -Citizenship” refers to our ability not only to meet our individual, group and collective needs, but also to help our fellow citizens meet their individual, group and collective needs, and thus participate in the functioning and development of their societies. Hence, since we need to acquire knowledge and develop some skills we need to see citizenship as a form of profession.
